Create SIP Device

Argument	Required	Type
key	yes	api key
name	yes	string. (nickname for the device)
password	yes	string
device_type_server	yes	yes/no if yes means that device type is phone/client if no means that is server
callerid	no	10/11 digit carrierid ( force the caller id when device dials out)
username	yes	string. unique (eg adrian_sip_one)
maxclients	yes	integer. (maximum numbers of sip devices that can connect at the same time)
voicemail_check	yes	integer. must be a voicemail id. (check for voicemail on this device by dialing *97)
extension_group	no	integer (must be an internal call group id) (group together sip devices for internal extension calling)
extension	yes	int internal extension 3 or 4 digits
